Cylindrical Brush Roller
Cylindrical Brushes are also called Roller brushes. Cylindrical brush features bristles surrounding the inner core. They may be constructed in many sizes with a variety of bristle materials, but are usually made from, nylon, brass, polypropylene, or natural filament such as Tampico or Hair.
Cylinder brushes are used for many general applications including applying, pushing, removing, Conveyor cleaning, or spreading. They are typically used in industrial applications to clean large objects or to transport items down a conveyor belt.
A solid or tubular shaft connects to the cylinder brushes. As needed for drive purposes, keyways may be included in shafts. Metal clips affixed to the shaft can be used to secure cylindrical brushes, or be directly welded to the shaft. Brushes placed on a shaft are normally refillable as long as the shaft is in excellent shape.
